Programme “Way of Milk”

Participating in this educational programme you will find out how our ancestors produced cheese, sour cream or cottage cheese. Also, you will see ancient wooden equipment they used and taste cottage cheese with homemade bread and butter.
The programme is interesting and entertaining for both adults and children. It's an exellent way to introduce foreign guests to Lithuanian culinary culture.
The programme takes place in the restaurant "Romnesa" adjacent to the homestead.

The programme lasts about 30 minutes. The programme has to be booked in advance.
